We are currently recruiting - are you the right person to join the adventure?
Join the Team
St Swithin’s was relaunched in October 2014 by a team sent by Holy Trinity Brompton, at the invitation of the Bishop of Lincoln and we are now a lively and growing church with a variety of ages meeting across three Sunday congregations at St. Swithin’s and 2 congregations at St. Faith’s. We have also planted to Grimsby and are looking to plant again in the near future.
MISSION
Our heart is that people may encounter the LOVE of God, learn to LIVE more like Jesus and GO in the power of the Spirit to see lives and communities transformed.
WORSHIP PASTOR & Team Lead
(with intergenerational focus)
Are you the person we are looking for as we enter the next chapter and a new season of mission and ministry here in the University city of Lincoln?
This is a unique and pioneering role for a spiritually grounded and musically skilled pastor, with a passion for intergenerational worship and experience in growing, pastoring and releasing teams and leaders.
First and foremost we are looking for someone with well developed interpersonal skills across generations, an ability to facilitate the church in worship and in its reaching and discipling of young people and young adults. We are looking for a skilled pastor and team leader with a passion to see people of all ages encounter Jesus but with a specific skill set around engaging younger generations in and through worship, music and production.
Closing date for Applications: Initially Midday Monday 4th August 2025 (but if you see this after that date, please do get in touch to enquire further)
